Edited by: Jim McGregor on 19/06/2006 14:14:03 The trick to making good money in the beginning is working together.
Im thinking about starting up my own corporation to help new players with advice and help how to make money in the way they like. A group of miners combined with a hauler is a pretty effecient way of making big iskies in the beginning for example. There are lots of other ways as well, like ratting together in low sec and helping eachother vs the mobs.
The problem is that every new player lacks direction, and players like myself could offer alot of help in this area i think. Specially since im a rich bastard.
We'll see. Dont cancel the subscription just yet...

At the moment I'm headed to jita, I'll probably get podded on the way from 0.0 making me shipless, but what the hell..I'll find a good corp.
Check the Recruitment channel in these forums. Read about every corp there and make sure their activities seems to match your own. There are plenty of corps that just wants mining slaves and you'll be bored out of your mind before you get that battleship unless you love mining.

Dammit what was my first bs, and what happened to it.
Mine was a apoc back in 2003... chain-spawning npc's for 250 scout railguns were fun since they sold for 40 mill each. --- The Eve Wiki Community Portal | Eve Tribune |

Most definently. At least for pvp, a good cruiser is far more enjoyable than running around in a slow battlecruiser or battleship, and can be replaced much easier as well.
Elite cruisers are, of course, the most fun of them all. Damn these training times... --- The Eve Wiki Community Portal | Eve Tribune |
